Shipping and Delivery Information
All New Zealand orders are sent using CourierPost. Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day for overnight delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
We will send you an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched so as you can track it using the CourierPost Parcel Notifications service.
Flat rate shipping is $5.00 for non-rural addresses and $10.00 for rural addresses.

Shipment Processing Time
Shipping times are estimates only. Shipping times will be confirmed via an email from the CourierPost Parcel Notifications service upon dispatch.
Delivery will be made to New Zealand, Australia or International address specified by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pro You Limited is not responsible for any local customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Pro You Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company directly or the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
