Green Smoothie with Pea Protein Blend

This recipe provides a framework for a fail-proof green smoothie – not too bitter, not too sweet. It is, however, totally customisable based on what you have on hand. No avocado, no worries – leave it out, or add some coconut yogurt in its place. Sub the spinach out for kale or any leafy green. You can also supercharge the smoothie by adding chia seeds, LSA, collagen, or another supplement powder of your choosing.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of coconut water
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 3og serve of Pro You Pea Protein Blend
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 – 5 dates (optional)

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined. Add additional liquid to achieve your chosen consistency.
