Back in the day, when we booked a holiday, we thought about restaurants, amusements for kids and shopping. Now we find ourselves searching for a holiday that fills our cups through relaxation, detoxification and movement. We call this Wellness Travel – a major tourism trend ticking upward following the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Today we answer where to find the best spots to hit refresh. 

What is Wellness Travel?

Wellness Travel refers to a holiday where you travel somewhere to receive health benefits – whether it be mental, physical or spiritual. Think yin yoga practice, energising vinyasa flows, nourishing Ayurvedic meals and nature walks.
